Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Garrett Griffin earned his B.S. in Sports Management from Nebraska Wesleyan University and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City.
As a former athlete, Dr. Griffin experienced firsthand the positive impact chiropractic care can have on recovery, performance, and overall well-being. That early experience inspired his path into the profession. Today, he brings that same passion to every patient he treats—believing that every person is an “athlete of life” and deserves to move freely and live without pain.
Dr. Griffin uses a range of evidence-based techniques to create personalized treatment plans. He is trained in Active Release Technique (ART), soft tissue therapy, kinesiology taping, Activator Method, and Diversified Technique. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or looking to improve your mobility, he is committed to helping you feel and perform your best.
Outside the office, Dr. Griffin leads an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, walking, and hitting the gym, as well as relaxing with a good book or movie. An avid sports fan, he proudly follows the Kansas City Chiefs, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Boston Celtics, and Aston Villa Football Club.
